This week we’re welcoming the all-new AGOGA Academy to the timetable! This is your fortnightly masterclass in movement. Whether you’re a newcomer or a seasoned athlete, we’ve designed these workshops to help you master key movement patterns, right down to the intricacies, so you can get more from your workouts, keep your body balanced and take your athletic performance to the next level!
Our Academy series focuses on 4 key movement patterns of the body – squat, hinge, push, pull – as well as speciality classes (including kettlebell swings, turkish get-ups and TRX movements).
This weekend’s class is all about the SQUAT! From anatomy, mobilisation and activation drills, to technique proficiency, bilateral and single leg variations, this AGOGA Academy class will skill you up, then we’ll finish the session off with a uniquely structured circuit workout that encompasses a variety of equipment, leaving you with a whole new level of education and squatting proficiency, plus a bit of a sweat session too 😉
