Many of you have been asking for a fitness test to help measure your progress. Well, you asked for it and you got it! We’ve spent many months designing the perfect, tortuous test of all round athletic ability across cardio, strength, power, agility and of course, tenacity. We introduce to you the AGOGA Challenger, our new benchmark fitness test where you can compete against the AGOGA community, including the AGOGA trainers and our professional Athletes.
