Do-Anywhere, Full Body Workout

Looking for a high energy, athletic, full-body workout you can do absolutely anywhere? Try this one from the Agoga Outdoor trainer archives – it’s a favourite around here when the sun’s shining! Get out there and enjoy that Spring weather team!


 

Set #1 (butt focus)

  • 30s Reverse Lunge to Hop
  • 30s Reverse Lunge to Hop (other side)
  • 30s Burpee to Bound

*Do this 4 x through with no rest in between!

 

Set # 2 (arms focus)

  • 30s 1 x Push-Up + 4 x Mountain Climbers, repeated
  • 30s Standing Reverse Flies (bodyweight or add your own weights/drink bottles/rocks)
  • 30s Shadow Boxing (or if you’ve got a training buddy/a boxing bag, go for the real thing!)

*Do this 4 x through with no rest in between!

 

Set #3 (abs focus)

  • 30s Squat to Front Kick (dynamic core movement)
  • 30s 4 x Slow Bicycle Crunches, 2 x Sit-Ups, repeated
  • 30s High Plank Twisters: from high plank, bring each knee slowly up to meet the opposite elbow

*Do this 4 x through with no rest in between!

 

Set #4 (back and legs focus)

  • 30s – 10 x High Knees, 1 x Tuck Jump, repeated
  • 30s – Superman Rows (lie on stomach, hands beside ears, lift chest off ground using back/glutes)
  • 30s – 2 x Squats, 1 x Squat Jump, repeated

*Do this 4 x through with no rest in between!

 

Set #5 (cardio focus)

  • 30s – Fast Up-&-Backs (sprint forward 10m, run backwards 10m, repeat)
  • 30s – Chest-to-Floor Burpees
  • 30s –Lateral Skater Jumps (start in athletic stance, knees bent and weight forward. Leap side-to-side, landing on just your outside leg each time, back foot off the ground. Leap as far as possible!)

*Do this 4 x through with no rest in between!
