John Field AGOGA Bondi Owner and Trainer

John Field

John (aka ‘The Magician’) is AGOGA’s sporting bag of tricks and he’s the Owner and Head Coach!

He’s a former professional beach volleyballer, kids tennis coach, competitor at the 1994 Aerobics Australia Championship (we’re hunting down photos), and also ran his own dojo in Main Beach, QLD where he shared his love of martial arts.

Nowadays, John’s passion is for functional fitness and long distance running. Competitions, fun-runs, half and full marathons – he loves it all and is focused on helping train others to achieve their fitness and running goals. From assisting everyday athletes move better, to using his industry experience to help develop sporting movement patterns and improve mindset, John is a powerhouse of coaching energy and knowledge. Rock & Roll!

His qualifications include Certificates III and IV in Fitness; Certified TRX and AIK Kettlebell Instructor; Level 2 FMT Trainer; Level 2 Punchfit Boxing instructor; ASCA Strength and Conditioning Coach Level 1; and Senior First Aid Certification.

Emily Rogers AGOGA Bondi Trainer

Emily Rogers

She’s the AGOGA Hybrid Trainer because she’s got it all; Emily started her career as a professional dancer before moving to Australia where she deepened her fitness & yoga studies. From her graceful movement and dynamic speed to her incredible strength and mobility, Emily is a veteran Bondi trainer who’s constantly exploring and learning how we can train and utilise the body to move at its highest efficiency and ultimately become our best self.

Emily’s qualifications include Cert III and IV in Fitness with FIA, Diploma of fitness with Australian college of sport and fitness, Diploma Remedial Massage, 200 hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher training with ‘All Yoga’ in Thailand, 150 hours continuous advanced training with BodyMindLife in Sydney, Barre and Pilates instructor, and Advanced First Aid.

Emma Uden AGOGA Bondi TrainerEmma Uden

A Victorian import, Emma (aka The Smiling Assassin) is a trainer powerhouse. Emma brings an incredible depth of fitness, movement and health knowledge to her AGOGA classes. Combining her love of functional, high-intensity training with her Pilates and dance background, Emma challenges Agogians to work to the absolute best of their abilities. We can’t deny her relentless energy, unparalleled “WHOOOPS”, and keen/obsessive eye for perfect posture and technique.

Emma’s qualifications include cert IV in Fitness and Pilates. Strong First Kettlebell Instructor Level 1.

Hayley Smith

Originally from the UK, Hayley has called Sydney home for the last few years.

She has a big focus on technique over speed and loves seeing members progress through classes. She may be small but she’s a pocket rocket who enjoys lifting heavy or moving to a high intensity. With a competitive nature, Hayley will regularly be on the lookout for her next challenge whether it be beating her time at C2S, competing in cross fit style games or trying out a new style of training with her friends.

Hayley’s qualifications include Cert III and IV in Fitness, Barbells Level 2, Jen Dugards Safe return to exercise Pre & Post Natal Course and AMN Neuro Flexibility.
