Our community is our family, and family takes care of each other.

We’ve always been dedicated to the cleanliness of our studio and the health and safety of our community.

Now we’ve taking it to an even higher level and implemented the following:

AGOGA’S RESPONSIBILITY

  • Top-grade disinfectant & more frequent cleaning
    Use of a disinfectant proven to kill viruses like COVID-19 in all common areas before and after classes —with a heightened attention to treadmills, bikes, rowers, cable machines, equipment and all high-touch surfaces. We also have regular professional cleaning from top to bottom
  • Team health check
    Before each shift, all staff members check in via the Service NSW Covid Safe QR code and sanitise hands upon entry
  • Social distancing practices
    To ensure safe distancing there will be a maximum of 16 members per class and bikes, rowers and treadmills are positioned within safe distance
  • Bookings are essential
    Due to the limited number of members allowed to train at one time, bookings are essential to secure your spot and a 10 hour cancellation policy is in place
  • Staggered class session times
    So there’s no overlap of members and time for thorough sanitisation between classes
  • Member health check
    We enforce hand sanitisation and use of own towels - no towel, no workout

MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY

  • Check in via QR Code
    Must scan the Service NSW COVID Safe QR code at reception prior to class start time
  • Sanitising hands
    Must be diligent in sanitising hands as soon as you enter the studio, and throughout class
  • Must bring their own large towel
    No towel, no workout
  • Practice social distancing
    Please make sure to practice social distancing when in close, shared spaces ie. bathroom and lockers
  • If you have any sign of being unwell ie. running nose, cough, fever, or symptoms of COVID-19
    Please do not come to the studio until you’re symptom-free, COVID-19 testing clinics are located at St. Vincents Hospital and your local GP.

We’re encouraging all members and staff to limit person-to-person contact, including hugs & high fives, lets continue with the #agogatoetap 🦶

Community and love is in our DNA and we are taking every precaution to keep our community safe (and encourage you to do the same).

In the event that there is a reported case of COVID-19 in studio and you were potentially in contact with the individual, you’ll be notified immediately. From there, we’ll take the necessary safety precautions to disinfect the studio from top to bottom.
