NEW TO AGOGA BONDI - WHAT TO EXPECT

Please arrive 10 minutes before your first session so that your Coach can introduce themselves and get you familiar with the studio ie. where to put your gear etc. Please bring a large towel and your own water bottle, we have a water filter station to keep you hydrated.
 
We start every session by decompressing and mobilising your body and the Coach will have you in peak training condition before the session starts! If you have any niggles or injuries this is your chance to let your Coach know so they can adapt accordingly to make sure you get the most out of the workout! It’s time to train…see you in the black and yellow box.
