Meet The Coach
Craig Baker - Coach
Originally from the UK, Craig has been a personal trainer for over 14 years. It’s fair to say he’s a career sportsman having competed in gymnastics and athletics from a young age. After finishing a sports science degree in London 2006, Craig went on to represent Great Britain in the Decathlon for several years, and in the process learnt much about how the elite train.
Craig still competes as an athlete and is a current Australian Masters champion! He also surfs, plays volleyball and tennis (albeit badly), an exercise scientist he takes a keen interest in both sports conditioning and injury prevention. Craig’s approach to coaching is with the philosophy that enjoyment as well as sound method will carry you to any desired goal.
