Frequently Asked Questions

A HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class alternates short bursts of maximum effort with brief recovery periods to improve performance, burn fat, and build cardiovascular and muscular endurance. At AGOGA, our Faster sessions take HIIT to the next level by focusing on speed, power, and force production through explosive drills, sprints, and plyometrics. This style of training pushes your limits, activates fast-twitch muscle fibres, and delivers results in less time. It’s efficient, challenging, and designed to boost both fitness and athletic ability.

For most people, 1-2 classes per week is ideal to see improvements in fitness, speed, and fat loss—while allowing time for recovery and strength development. Your ideal frequency will depend on your current fitness level, training experience, and specific goals, whether that’s improving performance, losing weight, or building power.
