In an AGOGA Leaner class, expect a fast-paced mix of cardio intervals, athletic conditioning, and functional bodyweight drills designed to keep your heart rate high and your body moving efficiently. Sessions are energising, team-driven, and built to push your limits while improving speed, endurance, and overall cardiovascular fitness.

If you’re serious about increasing your cardio endurance to enhance your total aerobic capacity, we’ve got you covered. This is full body conditioning, designed to burn serious calories. A combination of high repetition, light weight resistance sets with endurance focused aerobic intervals and active recovery. Emily is known as AGOGA’s Hybrid Trainer because she’s got it all! Her early career as a professional dancer evolved when she moved to Australia and immersed herself in the study of fitness and yoga. From her graceful movement and dynamic speed to her incredible strength and mobility, Emily is a veteran Bondi trainer who’s constantly exploring how to train the body to move more efficiently and enhance overall wellbeing.
