 Introductory offers

  • Our two week trial offer is only available to exclusively new members of AGOGA. You can only purchase the Introductory offer once. The Introductory Offer is non-refundable nor transferable and will activate from the date of your first class booking.
  • All new members (in gym and virtual streaming) are required to sign a pre-exercise health waiver prior to their first session.

Weekly Memberships Direct Debits

  • Weekly Direct Debits are valid for 1 week (7 days) and are activated on your chosen direct debit start date, automatically renewing every week. Weekly Direct Debits are non-refundable and are not transferable between individuals.
  • Minimum 7 days notification is required upon cancellation of direct debit memberships
  • Payment will be automatically deducted from your nominated credit card (Visa or Mastercard) each week (on your chosen day).
  • Weekly memberships can be paused up to 1 month, any longer membership will be cancelled.
  • If your weekly payment is declined due to insufficient funds or an expired or invalid card, the Mindbody online booking system will re-attempt the transaction for 2 days. After this point a $5 administration fee will be added to recover the cost of the merchant fees from the failed transactions.

Casual packages

  • All casual purchases have the following expiry date from date of purchase and cannot be extended:
    • Introductory offer – 14 days
    • 1 and 5 sessions – 1 month
    • 10 sessions – 3 months
    • 20 sessions – 5 months

Bookings and Attendance

  • Payment must be made upon booking, NO exceptions. To book into a class you must either have pre-purchased sessions in your account or pay at the time of booking in the gym.
  • If a class you particularly want is fully booked please sign up for the waiting list. Due to our 10hr cancellation policy there is movement in the classes. Should a place become available then you will receive either an email or text from us offering you a place in the class. You are under no obligation to take a waitlisted offer; however, we do ask that you respond by notifying us if you can attend or not. If you cannot make it, your place will be offered to the next client. Failure to respond to the waitlist offer will result in a lost paid session.
  • Out of consideration for the Coach and also for your own safety, the warm-up is an important aspect of each class. Please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be able to train.
  • Owners and/or Coaches reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons; and reserve the right to turn members away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.
  • If you are pregnant or have recently been pregnant we may require clearance from your doctor in order for you to participate in AGOGA classes. Please always inform your Coach if you are pregnant.
  • Sessions are not transferable to another individual and CANNOT under any circumstances be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be turned away from the class – or asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.


  • Cancellations/Rescheduling group classes requires 10 hours notice prior to your class start time, 24 hours for a personal training session and 15 minutes for LIVE virtual streaming (prior to ZOOM link sent). Late cancellations or no-show/absent will incur a lost paid session.
  • In the instance whereby a member/s were on a class waitlist and unable to attend due to an ‘Unlimited membership’ no show, a $10 late cancellation fee will be charge to those ‘Unlimited member/s’ who failed to cancel without 10 hours notice.
  • Coaches and classes are subject to change without notice. AGOGA reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary.



Payment Policy

  • Payment must be made upon booking, NO exceptions. To book into a class you must either have pre-purchased sessions in your account or pay at the time of booking in the gym.
  • Non-Payment: Upon failure to make payment at due date, AGOGA reserves the right to refuse access to the premises until all outstanding fees are paid, suspend Membership and/or terminate this Agreement.
  • The Member remains liable for all unpaid amounts including failed transaction merchant fees.

Minimum Age: In consideration of safety and security, all members must be 16 years or older. Any members under the age of 18 must have the express consent of a Parent/ Guardian who by signing the Agreement on their behalf, accepts its terms and on behalf of the Participant and assumes the Participant’s responsibilities under the Agreement.

Member conduct

  • Member must at all times act in accordance with reasonable directions of AGOGA and Coaches whilst on Premises and specifically must not engage in any inappropriate, unlawful or dangerous behaviour including threatening, harassing others, damaging equipment, distributing any illicit substances or any other conduct that is improper or harmful to the best interest of the gym or its members and visitors.
  • If you have an infection, contagious illness or physical ailment please ensure you have clearance in writing from your doctor before attending your next class. This is for the safety and well-being of all our members and staff.
  • You are responsible for using facilities and equipment correctly. If you are not sure how to operated any equipment please ask the Coaches.
  • As a courtesy to other members, you agree to use a clean towel when using equipment including exercise mats and will return used towels to the cleaning basket.


By entering into this Agreement, the member acknowledges the assumed risk of injury and waives any liability on AGOGA. Member acknowledges that he or she is solely responsible for the procurance of personal insurance and is liable for any costs relating to any injuries which may occur on the Premises or Virtual streaming. This excludes any injuries which are the result of AGOGA’s gross negligence.

Intellectual Property

This website agoga.com.au is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, products or services contained within this website. You may not use this website, or any of its content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own website.

Personal Agreement

  • I agree that AGOGA is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I am present in gym.
  • I understand that classes (including virtual streaming) may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.
  • I agree by entering into this Agreement, warrants that you are in good physical condition and have disclosed any medical reason or impairment that might hinder your participation.
  • I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against AGOGA or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
  • I permit AGOGA to use any photographs and video recordings while I am on the premises or virtual streaming engaged in any activity or event sponsored, promoted or organised by AGOGA for publicity, advertising or any legitimate purposes, in accordance of the Privacy Policy.
  • By creating an online account or purchasing a class I automatically agree to the above Terms & Conditions. I am solely responsible for the activity of my account and will keep my account password secure.
  • I acknowledge these Terms may be amended by AGOGA.

 Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is important to us. AGOGA  acts in accordance with the obligations outlined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
